In the coordination of Department of School Education, the online admission procedure for class in FYJC will start in the month of June 2018. The admission is for the new academic session of 2018-19. However, in Pune the admission in First Year Junior Colleges (FYJC) is also going to offer in the month of June 2018. Therefore, the admission procedure in both the cities will start in June 2018.


Before applying for the admission procedure, candidates must check the eligibility criteria. They can apply for FYJC classes only if they are eligible. It is very important for the aspirants to participate in FYJC Online admission 2018-19. However, they will get admission in first year junior college in the streams of HSVC (MCVC), Science, Commerce and Arts. They will get admission in one stream only. These Junior Colleges are co-educational where medium of instructions are different from Gujarati, Urdu, Hindi, English and Marathi. Here you will get details about FYJC 11th Class Admission 2018.

First Come FIrst Serve (FCFS) Round

  • 20th August 2018: Display of Vacancy list for FCFS round for the I category students
  • 21st August 2018: The panel of FCFS will get active for those students who are eligible. In this round only I category students are allowed and only they can serve for FCFS round
  • 21st August 2018- 22nd August 2018: Students will approach to the allotted colleges
  • 22nd August 2018: display of vacancy list of II category students
  • 23rd August 2018: FCFS panel for II category students (60% – 100%). They are allowed and can opt for First Come First Serve
  • 23rd August 2018 to 24th August 2018: Students will approach to the allotted colleges
  • 24th August 2018: display of vacancy list of III category students
  • 26th August 2018- 28th August 2018: FCFS Panel only for the Third category students ( All should be SSC passed – 35% and above) and they an opt for First Come First Serve
  • 28th August 2018 – 29th August 2018: Students will approach to the allotted colleges
  • 30th August 2018: admission procedure will finish and declaration of overall vacancy list will take place

FYJC 11th Class Admission dates 2018

The candidates who fall in the following eligibility criteria are eligible to apply for FYJC First Come First Serve Round. Here you may get eligibility criteria as well as FYJC 11th Class Admission dates 2018.

  • if they are not admitted in any of the colleges
  • they did not get allotment in any round conducted by any of the colleges
  • candidates who cancelled their admission in I round only
  • candidates who face rejection in round 1

The category mentioned in FCFS for admission is as follows:

  • First Category (80% -100%): the candidates who obtain 80% and above in the exams of class 10th comes under this category
  • Second Category: the candidates who obtain 60% and above in the exams of class 10th comes under this category. The candidates of First category who will not get admission will also get chance with Second Category.
  • Third Category: The candidates who just pass the exams of class 10th comes under this category. However, candidates of First as well as Second Category will also get the chance for admission with III category too.

  • 10th August 2018: The candidates will take admission in the allotted colleges
  • 10th August 2018: Release of vacancy list of Special Round 1
  • 11th August 2018- 13th August 2018: The candidates will find a link and will fill the choice form (Part 2). It will be compulsory for all the candidates to fill it for Special Round 1
  • 11th August 2018: It is compulsory for all the students to fill the fresh choice so that they can participate in Special Round 1. The candidates should note that no previous choice will be taken into account. Therefore, filling fresh choice is important.
  • 16th August 2018: Preparation of Allocation List and submission of list to CAP team for the purpose of evaluation and auditing
  • 16th August 2018: result for college allocation will get displayed on the official portal/ Interested candidates can check their result
  • 18th August 2018: the candidates who are allotted colleges in Special Round 1 will take admission in them
  • 19th August 2018: After the mentioned time, all active link will get deactivated

The candidates will fill the online admission form. First of all, the interested candidates will go for Part I. In the registration, they will  fill school area and details of 10th exams along with other important details, In the II part of registration, candidates will fill their marks of class 10th and Order of prefernce.

The application fees is INR 250.
